SCF works side by side with the Human Resources Office in the establishment and management of individual work relationships, in the revision of company contractual matters (through the provision of regulations and a welcome kit, a simple procedure for the integration of any resource into the company), as well as in providing support in all other activities and corporate areas affected by labour law, as in the termination of a relationship (negotiations, individual or collective dismissals), unemployment allowance procedures, solidarity contracts, business transfers, negotiation of company contracts, the creation of incentivising systems (for example, productivity rewards) or for the introduction of smart working.

In its role in business mentoring,  SCF works towards shared objectives with management, in order that the method of work is built up with analysis and development of shared assumptions, and adapted to the peculiarities and needs of the single company.
